Internet and Mail order

Our website contains information about our online catalogue. It includes all prices and a shopping cart to either buy online using the very secure online credit card system or by printing out our order form and mailing us your requirements.

Payment

Six payment methods are available to our clients:

Credit Card: We accept Visa & Mastercard paid directly to us through the secure checkout system.

Credit Card Over the Phone: We accept Visa & Mastercard via a phone payment.

EFT (direct deposit): After you confirm the order you will be provided with our account details (BSB and Account numbers).

Cheque Order: After you confirm the order you will be given our mailing details:

PayPal: Pay directly from your PayPal account or use your credit card to pay into our PayPal account.

Gift Certifcate: Redeem a Gift Certificate purchased for you from our website.

Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched. Presence on Palmerin uses the very secure paypal credit card facility. Please allow an extra 5 days for Personal cheques to be cleared before goods are dispatched.

All prices are GST inclusive.

Delivery

Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 7 and 10 working days depending exactly where the destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you up dated with the status of your order.

Postage and Handling Info

Up to 1/2 KG: $7.50
½ to 1KG: $12.50
1KG to 4KG: $19.50
4K +: $2.50 per extra KG.

Delivery to remote areas may occur additional charges, we will notify you before processing if this is the case.
